The ACU is pleased to announce the new Coventry University Fellowship. Forming part of the ACU's established Fellowships programme, this new award will support research mobility between Coventry University and ACU member institutions in Australia, Malaysia, Pakistan and South Africa.
Researchers will be able to apply for funding to undertake a collaborative research visit at one of these Coventry University research centres:
- Centre for Fluid and Complex Systems
- Institute for Future Transport and Cities
- Sports, Exercise and Life Sciences
Dr Joanna Newman, ACU Chief Executive and Secretary General said: 'I'm delighted that Coventry University has become the latest ACU member institution to host one of our fellowships, helping us further our commitment to drive collaboration between universities across the Commonwealth. This new fellowship will highlight Coventry University's expertise in these three cutting-edge research areas, help strengthen our networks and facilitate new research partnerships.'

The ACU is committed to advancing academic mobility in the Commonwealth and beyond through a range of grants, scholarships and fellowships. ACU Fellowships are offered annually, and support cross-Commonwealth mobility for research and collaboration.
The recent ACU Blue Charter Fellowships, funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, funded 38 fellows working in fields related to marine plastics to travel overseas to collaborate with host researchers at other ACU member universities and research institutes.
