Apply for the 2023 BMGA Fellows Program

Applications are now open for the fourth cohort of the BMGA Foundation’s Fellows Program - a transformational leadership scheme, designed to narrow the gender skills gap among university graduates in Africa and Asia.

Through experiential learning, young women are provided with the knowledge, access, and resources required to gain fundamental employability skills and strengthen their marketability for a successful career in the 21st Century.

The program is an entirely virtual learning experience and runs for a period of six months.

Applicant criteria:

  • Young women from Africa and Asia.
  • Final-year university students and early career professionals with not more than three years of post-university work experience.
  • Excellent academic record: Must have graduated top of their class. Final-year students must have a current CGPA equivalent to a B+ (UK grade point system).
  • Applicants must speak, write, and read English with proficiency.
  • Applicants must have regular access to the internet.
