Application Guidance for Edward Boyle Medical Electives
Applicants will be required to provide the following information in the application form:
- Period of elective (must be 4 weeks or more).
- Provide a week-by-week elective plan.
- Explain why they have chosen this host institution and country for their elective. Describe how their skills, studies and work/volunteering experience will enable them to contribute to the work of the host institution.
- Explain what they hope to gain from the elective, how it will contribute to their personal development and career plans, and how they plan to use the knowledge gained when they return home.
- Supporting letters from current and host institutions.
