Do you love to share stories through writing, photography or video? Do you want to raise awareness of the political and social issues that we will explore at this year’s Summer School? If you’ve answered yes, apply to be a Summer School social media champion!

We’re looking for social media champions to tell the story of the Summer School. This will involve reporting on what you’ve learnt, or the activities you’ve taken part in, on one or more days of the week. We would love to hear from a range of different voices from different backgrounds.
We will share or re-share your content via ACU social media channels, tagging your social accounts.
Please note that we do not want our champions to be distracted from the course, so we will be looking for highlights, rather than covering everything that takes place. Here’s an example from last year.
We will also ask one of our champions to write a blog post on the Summer School at the end of the week.
How to apply
If this sounds like you, we want you to send us an example social media post, telling us about a day in your life.
Let us know what social media platform you would use, and share your writing, photos, or even a short video to bring the day to life.
It doesn’t need to be a thrilling day, but you can make it interesting by being creative!
Send your example social media post in a Word document to communications@acu.ac.uk. If you want to share a large file such as a video, please use WeTransfer (or similar) or link to a Google Drive.
Deadline to enter: 17:00 UTC on Monday 22 May
