The Commonwealth Startup Fellowship, delivered by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in partnership with Imperial Enterprise Lab, supports high-potential startups from low- and middle-income Commonwealth countries through a programme of learning, mentorship and network-building.
This webinar will bring together Fellows, university leaders, educators and ecosystem partners to explore what founder experience tells us about:
- the conditions needed to support entrepreneurship and innovation
- the role of universities in enabling entrepreneurial journeys
- how ecosystems can better support inclusive job creation across Commonwealth contexts.
Why attend?
The discussion will also serve as an early convening linked to the development of a Commonwealth Community of Practice on Entrepreneurship Education, providing an opportunity to:
- contribute to shaping its priorities and direction
- engage directly with founders and their lived experience
- identify practical lessons for policy, teaching and ecosystem development
What to expect
- Insights from Commonwealth Startup Fellows across sectors and regions
- Discussion on ecosystem enablers and barriers
- Reflections on the role of higher education in entrepreneurship
- Opportunities to contribute to future collaboration and outputs
