CHEMS (Commonwealth Higher Education Management Service) papers

Between 1993 and 2000, the ACU hosted a consultancy and research service called CHEMS, the Commonwealth Higher Education Management Service. CHEMS produced a number of publications on a range of higher education management related topics.
