The goal of the Global Research Management Network (GRMN) is to develop a global community that benefits those from developed and developing countries alike. Members include professionals in higher education, independent research, research sponsorship and policy making – all are engaged in efforts to ensure that research is managed in a way to maximise its effect on research institutions.

The GRMN is managed by the ACU and collaborates with the following associations: the Association of Research Managers and Administrators UK (ARMA), the Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS), the Danish Association of Research Managers and Administrators (DARMA) and the Society of Research Administrators International (SRA).
