Interviews & Assessments

ACU Advertising is able to help at every stage of the recruitment process - if you've used us for advertising your vacancy, why not try our interview services?

If holding interviews at your institution is not practical due to time or financial constraints, ACU Advertising can co-ordinate your interviews at our offices in London. We can contact interviewees and arrange their trip to London, and if representatives from the university are unable to attend we can arrange an interview panel. This normally comprises one or two academics in a relevant field, plus a representative from the ACU Advertising team. We will then submit a report on the interviews back to the university.

If a university wishes to conduct interviews in London with its own panel, we can make the relevant arrangements at our office. We can liaise with the university and the interviewees, provide rooms for interviews, and also provide office support during your time in London.

Some universities also choose to use our assessment services when they do not require a full interview process. An institution will send us the relevant information on a candidate (eg CVs, copies of publications and reports), and we can locate an expert assessor in the field and co-ordinate the assessment process. This service may be used for promotion as well as recruitment exercises.
