DelPHE Round 5 was launched in September 2009. Here you can find application guidance notes, the full application form, financial guidelines, and selection criteria.

Please note that this call for applications closed in February 2010. The documents on this page are for information only. 

In addition to the official DelPHE application form for submission to the British Council office in the country of the lead partner, the ACU also designed a Concept Note template for application teams seeking advice and feedback from the ACU during the application process. This constitutes part of our mentoring service for south-south partnership teams.

Reports and Other Documents

  • The DelPHE Case Studies Report for 2009 is available for download. This document details 10 different DelPHE projects around the world, from Afghanistan to Zambia, and illustrates how they are improving sustainable livelihoods and generating links between universities and the wider community.   • The DelPHE Annual Report 2009 is available for download. The report summarises the DelPHE programme's background, outlines its activities and achievements, provides a series of case studies, and includes key programme statistics. Download the 2009 DelPHE Annual Report.
  • The ACU University Extension Network's electronic newsletter, Interact, works to disseminate project information to community engagement professionals across the ACU membership. It also provides policy news, and information on events and funding opportunities to university staff working to disseminate knowledge into their communities.   • Higher Education and International Capacity Building: Twenty-Five Years of Higher Education Links, a book edited by David Stephens and published by Symposium Books, details the history of the British Council's Higher Education Links (HEL) scheme, the predecessor to the DelPHE programme.
